Celebration of 88th birth anniversary of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in collaboration with Youth for Sewa and Niti Aayog

To commemorate the 88th birth anniversary of Former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Youth for Nation and NITI Ayog organised an informative session at Apex International School. School has always taken keen initiatives for scientific and innovative learning, adding one more chapter in this tradition session was organised. Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta who is working as a senior scientist at DRDO has taken a session and explained about Dr.Kalam's principles in very explicit way and interacted with students. He began the session with the role of humans in future with advancement in AI and machine learning. He also explained qualities that students must possess to be achievers like determination,clear goal, focus,alertness , readiness to learn and to acquire skills and values . He sensitized regarding maximum usage of solar energy and shared examples of out of the box ideas and vision of Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam . Students performed a play describing “DREAMS" and pledged to bring glory to the nation .Very informative presentation of achievements and ideology of Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam was shown. Principal Mrs. Anku Mangwana addressed students and spoke about Gandhian ideology and enlightened them with her words of wisdom. The program ended with a vote of thanks .
